Description/Blazon
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Azure, a vol quarterly Argent and Tenn surmounted by a sword blade of the second grip Or, a shield enhanced arched nebuly Argent. Attached below the shield an orange scroll doubled blue and inscribed "SUPPORT FROM ABOVE" in silver.

Ultramarine blue and golden orange are the colors traditionally used for Aviation organizations. The vol symbolizes flight and is quartered, a reference to worldwide service across the globe. The sword denotes readiness and strength. The motto is suggested by the chief nebuly, alluding to power and assistance from above. Its arched shape also signifies support.
